Returns - Retail Customers
We're sorry to hear you're wanting to make a return with us.
How can I return my order?
You have 28 days after receiving your order to return any items you wish.
Please note due to reasons of hygiene and sanitation we cannot accept any returns on our face coverings.
If you ordered with us as a guest then please enter your email address and the 5 digit number from your order ID below, and then follow the steps to generate a printable label.
If you already have an account with us then please sign in to your account, view the order you wish to return from, and click 'Return Order'.
Once you have printed your returns label please fill out the 'reason' for return section. The label will also include a returns address that you can cut out and stick on your returns package. Please note this is not a pre-paid returns label.
Anything ordered in the months of November/December can be returned before 10th January
Can I return faulty goods?
